The challenge

A 120-year-old bank needed to migrate 40TB of transactional data and 200+ legacy microservices to the cloud without a single second of downtime for 12 million customers.

Our solution

We designed a phased blue-green migration strategy using Google Cloud Spanner for globally distributed transactions, paired with a custom data-sync layer that kept legacy and cloud systems in sync during the 18-month transition.

The challenge

A national retailer operated 14 disconnected systems — ERP, POS, warehouse, e-commerce, and loyalty — causing inventory discrepancies, delayed reporting, and a fragmented customer experience.

We built a central integration hub using AWS EventBridge and a custom API gateway that normalized data schemas across all 14 systems in real time, with a unified dashboard for operations teams.

Manual claims processing averaged 22 days per claim, with high error rates and adjuster burnout. The company needed a modern platform that could scale to 50,000 claims per month.
